If you have ever ply Benin-Auchi road you would notice the bad state of the road especially at Ekpoma axis where vehicular movement is delayed for hours due to the heavy traffic caused by the state of the road.
I have witnessed this and it was a terrible experience. From the pictures above you would not recognize that this is supposed to be a major road which travellers coming from the North linking to other parts of the country would eventually ride through.
Apart from the number of traffic witnessed, this failed road has resulted in series of accident and also a lot of vehicles break down in this spot due to the mud accumulated in the road.
As we approach the dry season, we hope the Federal Government seize this opportunity to carry out massive rehabilitation on road.
