Megan Fox makes divorce with Brian Austin Green official

Megan Fox has filed for divorce from Brian Austin Green. According to report earlier this week, the couple had called time on their romance after 11 years together.

Gossip site TMZ revealed that Megan has made the break-up official by filing the official papers to set the divorce in motion.

The outlet reports that Megan is asking for joint physical and legal custody of the pair's two sons Noah, two, and 18-month-old Bodhi.

A source added to the website that because Megan and Brian didn't have a pre-nuptial agreement when they wed, the earnings they have accrued during their five-year marriage will be split straight down the middle as they are classed as “community property”.

However, Megan is expected to pay some kind of spousal support to Brian, due to the difference in their incomes and also due to his reported medical issues.

While many divorces can be bitter and fraught, Megan and Brian's relationship is said to continue to be “very amicable”, and the pair are believed to still be living in the same house with their sons.
