BREAKING: Arsenal sign Sead Kolasinac from Schalke on a free transfer


Arsenal sign defender Sead Kolasinac from Schalke 04 on a free transfer. It's the first summer signing of Arsenal.

The 23-year-old has signed a long-term deal, believed to be five years, and will formally join up with Arsene Wenger’s squad on the expiry of his contract on July 1.

Toyin Lawani’s baby daddy arrested for debt and alleged fraud in Lagos

Mr. Osotimehin, a former Nigerian health minister and also the former head of Nigeria’s AIDS agency, NACA, was one of the most senior Nigerians within the United Nations system, who had been on his second term as a UN Under-Secretary-General and Executive Director of UNFPA.

Finance Minister, Mrs Kemi Adeosun and her predecessor, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, have been summoned to appear before the House of Representatives over alleged abuse and breach of the Procurement Act, 2007.

The house’s Committee on Public Procurement, which invited the ministers, directed that they should appear before it on Tuesday. Others expected to appear before the committee are former Head of Service (HoS), Mr Steve Otunla and former Accountant-General to the Federation (AoGF), Mr Jonah Otunla.

The Federal Government has deployed 44 career ambassadors-designate in their respective countries of accreditation.

The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Amb. Olusola Enikaolaye, however, added that the envoys were yet to resume in their countries of assignment because of the delay in the agreemo-a memorandum from one country to another agreeing to the appointment of an ambassador.
