Say What | Man breaks into garage of home to charge his cellphone

Police are looking to arrest a man on a charge of burglary after allegedly breaking into the garage of a home in order to charge his cellphone, according to police in the United Kingdom.

Bassingbourn police said that the incident unfolded on Sunday around 3:00 p.m., after the homeowner came home from work and noticed his garage door was open.

He got out of his car and went into the garage located on High Street, to see if anyone was inside. The 30-year-old homeowner was shocked to see a man in his garage.

When he asked what he was doing there, the burglar replied that he was just charging his cellphone. The homeowner asked the burglar to leave, and he did.

The homeowner then noticed a broken window, and realized that a key to his apartment door was missing. Police arrived at the scene, but the burger was already gone.

Police described the suspect as a black man, about 6 feet 2 inches tall, skinny built, with afro-style hair. He was wearing a maroon top and blue pants.
