Trump Deputy Campaign Manager David Bossie Strongly Believe Victory is Sure!

Donald Trump’s deputy campaign manager today said "there's an enthusiasm gap" for Hillary Clinton voters, and expressed confidence that his candidate will win the election as a result of it.

David Bossie focused primarily on the issue of enthusiasm in making his case that Trump will win, also citing the FBI’s latest review of Clinton’s use of a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state.

"We have closed this gap dramatically over the last week," Bossie told “Good Morning America.”
Regarding Clinton's potential legal troubles, he said that he believed it would cause voters to shy away from her.
"They don't want more years of Clinton investigations," he said, referencing the impeachment of Bill Clinton in 1998.
Bossie acknowledged that his candidate had a disadvantage in the Electoral College, but said "we're going to pick off something," regarding Democratic-leaning states.
"We're winning in Florida, we're winning in North Carolina," Bossie said.
In the latest ABC News/Washington Post tracking poll, enthusiasm for Hillary Clinton had showed signs of falling since the renewal of the FBI’s email investigation.

Clinton now finds herself a slim point behind Donald Trump for the first time since May, according to the poll produced for ABC News by Langer Research Associates.

Forty-six percent of likely voters support Trump in the latest results, with 45 percent for Clinton. A mere 0.7 of a percentage point divides them. Third-party candidate Gary Johnson has 3 percent, a new low; Jill Stein, 2 percent.

Trump boasted of the new poll this morning on Twitter.
"Wow, now leading in ABC/Washington Post Poll 46 to 45. Gone up 12 points in two weeks, mostly before the Crooked Hillary blow-up!" the tweet said.
