According to a video currently in circulation across social media, two Nigeria Soldier (Military Police) can be seen brutalizing a crippled man. According to the reports, the crippled man was been beating because he was putting on camo.
In the video, you can see the crippled man been drag around like a piece of rag while the soldiers flogged him mercilessly.
