Governors of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) have started arriving Benin City, Edo State ahead of today’s inauguration ceremony of the state’s Governor-elect, Mr. Godiwn Obaseki and his Deputy Governor-elect, Philip Shaibu.
The arrival of the governors and other top government functionaries, business magnates, captains of industries, friends and associates of Obaseki and Shaibu into the state had peaked activities at the Benin Airport yesterday.
Among the early guests to arrive the state for the event is Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State, his Bauchi State counterpart, Alhaji Mohammed Abubakar, their counterpart from Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai and that of Adamawa State, respectively.
