According to reports from Linda Ikeji, this herd was spotted along galadimawa road, Lokogoma, Abuja. Road users say the cows are a constant nuisance to them. The cows can be spotted every morning as they leave their base and every evening as they return. Hasn't grazing been banned in Abuja?
