Pandemonium in Kenya as an ambulance carrying patient burst into flames. The ambulance was transporting a patient to the hospital when it burst into flames in broad daylight.
The incident reportedly occurred along Lang’ata road in Kenya on Friday afternoon.
According to Mpasho News, details are still scanty but other sources say it caught fire around Uhuru Gardens and it was reduced to ashes.
The incident caused a major traffic snarl up along the busy road and it is still not clear whether there were any fatalities.
Kenyans have criticized the county government for its slow response to the fire station is only a few kilometers away.
City residents have been urged to use alternative routes to Lang’ata because of the traffic jam that is being witnessed.
