It seems we will be witnessing some wedding bells between Shantel Jackson and Rapper Nelly. Shantell has previous been engaged to Floyd Mayweather but their relationship didn't pull through. Now she has been dating Nelly and Yesterday, she shared the photo on the right that looked like Nelly proposing to her and she's been getting a lot of congratulatory messages.
