One of the sons of Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna state, Bashir El-Rufai branded Governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti as a vagabond while commenting on a tweet from Nigerian lawyer Ayo Sogunro and that of course did not please some Nigerians. But was he right to refer to Fayose as a "vagabond"?
