Grammy Award winning music artist, producer and fashion designer Pharrell Williams has splashed $7.14 million on a Hollywood Hills home.
Pharrell snapped up the property towering over the Sunset Strip, a renowned area for music history, for almost $2 million less than the price tag, which was listed in July as $9 million.
