Lol, yes I was confuse too when trying to figure it out before reading the explanation by Linda Ikeji, before you go on reading what do you thing is happening here?
Vanessa and Melanie are lesbian partners. Last year, Vanessa (with the long hair) was pregnant with the couple's first child. The couple celebrated with the photo on the left.
Then now in 2015 and Melanie (in low cut) is the one now pregnant with the couple's second child. The couple took a similar picture (on the right) with the son they welcomed last year sitting on the floor playing with sand. They shared the photos on Facebook and it went viral.
