Meet Lawyer, politician and diplomat Matthew Tawo Mbu, from Okundu in Cross River State who holds the record of the youngest Minister till date. He was appointed Federal Minister for Labour at age 23 in 1953 and also went ahead to serve as Minister of Foreign Affairs and former High Commissioner to the UK.
