I just saw Lily Allen latest “watermelon hair” and I am so loving it, I don't know what's in the hairstyle but I think I love the color blend and the fact that it is not common. Lily will be marking her 30th birthday, so the singer decided to debut a different hairstyle by dying her hair pink and green.
