This is unbelievable, Kanye actually comes out to apologize, Oh Yeah! Something must be happening! Remember the incident that took place at the 2015 Grammy Award? When Kanye West almost interrupting with Beck's Speech after He was given the Best Album of the Year Award ahead of Beyounce?
