Meet Rebel Wilson who was able to 'turn a major disadvantage into a positive'

She is big, not really a model and in the real world she shouldn't be in the frontline of media news but she knew all this and decided to use it to her advantage.

Meet Australia Rebel Wilson whose career success comes from turning a perceived disadvantage ''into a positive''.

The 28-year-old Australian admits she doesn't have the typical figure of a Hollywood star, but says she's used that to her advantage.
The actress - who starred in 'Bridesmaids' and 'Pitch Perfect' - told Sunday Life: ''I took something that was seen as a disadvantage - no one thinks, if you're fat, that you're going to be an actress and everyone's going to love you - and turned it into a positive.''

Rebel recently starred in 'Night At The Museum: Secret of the Tomb' and joked that she ''tasted a lot'' of Ben Stiller when they filmed kissing scenes together.

In the film, she kissed Ben's alter ego, Neanderthal Laa, and claims his lips tasted odd.

She shared: ''I tasted a lot of Ben Stiller. He tasted a lot like rubbing alcohol.''

She jokingly added: ''He was very precious about our kissing, it was quite romantic and passionate.''

Rebel also claimed they were lots of smooching scenes that they couldn't use in the final cut because they were too graphic.

She joked: ''There was some racier stuff between me and Laa which had to be cut. If an R-rated version is released then (you'll see it). I loved Laa's muscles which you don't get to see when Ben plays Larry, because he's wearing a jacket all the time but when he plays Laa it's like, arms out, they're just there.''
