Buhari Return Suffers Another Setback As Doctors Refuse To Give Clean Bill Of Health


President Muhammadu Buhari's return to Nigeria was put off late last night because his doctors would not certify him healthy enough to return home despite strong pressure from members of his inner circle.

Presidency sources said the desperation to have him back was so much that the cabal sent to London on Friday the biggest jet in the presidential fleet, a Boeing Business Jet 737, known as "Airforce 001."

NANS declares three-day prayer for President Buhari


The National Association of Nigerian Students on Monday declared three days prayers for the quick recovery and early return of President Muhammadu Buhari.

The revised travel order leaves Iraq off the list of banned countries but still affects would-be visitors and immigrants from Iran, Syria, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen and Libya.

NJC Says DSS Allegation of Bribery Against Justice Dimgba is Unfounded


The National Judicial Council has said the bribery allegation levelled against Justice Nnamdi Dimgba of the Federal High Court by the Department of State Services is unfounded.

This was revealed in a report by Punch on Monday. According to the report, the NJC took the decision to dismiss the DSS petition at its two-day meeting held on February 22 and 23.

Qouting a source, Punch reported further that the petition was dismissed for lacking in merit after a period of trial.
