Lauritta Onye, Olympic medalist, who competed in the shot put category at the Brazil Olympic last year, has revealed what she loves in a man.

Speaking with The Sun, Onye talked about her past relationships, criteria in a man and her love for sex.

A Ghanaian woman, Nana Ago Prah, and her three children ages 3, 7 and 8 were killed in a house fire which occurred at their home in Helsinki, Finland on Dec 9th. The victims were believed to have died from suffocation resulting from a fire which started from the sauna in their sixth-floor apartment.

A neighbor who noticed the fire early in the morning before 3 a.m. called the police and they arrived

the scene eleven minutes later and quickly extinguished the fire.

A personal trainer has launched Britain's first nude-ercise class where keep fit fanatics work out completely naked.

Former recruitment consultant Helen Smith, 35, led the first workout class for ten participants on Saturday evening in Southampton.The hour-long class, was attended by people aged between 33 and 70.

TVC Journalist Call Out Policeman Who Battered Him For Refusing To Give Bribe



A journalist with TVC has narrated how he was battered by a police officer in Ogun state for refusing to bribe him.

According to the journalist known as Akiode Temitope, he said after he and his friends had been stopped by the officer and cleared, the officer identified simply as Akin refused to let them go without being settled and even threatened to detain them. He refused telling the officer that he is a journalist, but that did not seem to bother Officer AKin, who proceeded to give him the beating of his life.

UNIOSUN Shooting: The Policemen Came To Extort Money From Students In The Hostel


The two students of the Osun State University, who were shot by some policemen have said they were drawn to where the trigger-happy cops opened fire on them by the shouts of the students that the policemen allegedly went to harass.

The two students – Adesola Kazeem and Ibrahim Ajao, of the Department of Physics Electronics – were shot by the plain-clothed policemen on Saturday.

The two students, who are receiving treatment at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Teaching Hospital, Osogbo, spoke to our correspondent on Sunday.

Arsene Wenger charged with misconduct by FA


Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been hit with a charge of misconduct following his confrontation with the fourth official in the tunnel during Sunday's game with Burnley.

Gambia President, Barrow announces ex-Jammeh minister as vice-president


Gambian President Adama Barrow has chosen a former minister of longtime leader Yahya Jammeh as vice-president, a spokesman said Monday.

Fatoumata Jallow-Tambajang is often described as the woman who persuaded The Gambia’s divided opposition parties to club together and field a single candidate in the December 1 election which Barrow eventually won.

A former health minister in the early years of ex-leader Jammeh’s 22-year rule, Jallow-Tambajang was specifically chosen to correct the gender balance in Barrow’s administration, spokesman Halifa Sallah told journalists in announcing her appointment.

The 15-year-old boy has found himself in serious trouble after he reportedly stole money from his parents and went to stay with a suspected hooker he met in Harare’s Avenues for threesome s*x, a court heard.

According to court documents, one of the prostitutes identified as Rumbidzai Gwangwawa while speaking during the trial, told the court that the teenager wanted to take her and another hooker for a threesome before he decided to accompany her to her place of residence.

A student of the Federal Polytechnic Auchi in Edo state has landed in trouble for duping a white woman of the sum of N5million. 

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC on Monday, 23 January, 2017 arraigned Akintunde Vincent Abiodun before Justice Oluwatoyin Ipaye of Lagos State High court Ikeja on amended charge bordering on forgery and obtaining money by false pretence.

The 37-year-old HND holder from Federal Polytechnic Auchi, Edo State, is said to have defrauded the victim, D. Bonnici of $267,000 (Two Hundred and Sixty Seven Thousand New Zealand Dollars)  by claiming to be Christopher Williams from United Kingdom.

Lassa Fever Hits Plateau State, 4 Dead, 5 Cases Recorded

A motorcyclist and some other people were crushed to death by a speeding tanker this morning at 8 a.m along Onne Eleme road, GVC filling station, Aleto area of Eleme Town, Rivers State.

According to reports, the young man's head was crushed with his brain tissues pouring out. He died immediately on the spot. Men of the Federal Road Safety Corps were spotted at the scene trying to bring things under control.

Speaking in an official statement released to the Nigerian public, former minister of petroleum resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke, says every human being makes mistakes, but one error that can never be ascribed to her is stealing.

The embattled immediate former minister accused the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) of taking advantage of her silence, adding that she was prepared to face trial as long as due process is taken into consideration, and challenged the agency to provide “incontrovertible” evidence.
“I have up till now chosen to maintain my silence and not to respond to inaccurate press reporting. However, given the level of deliberate inaccuracies, I am now forced to respond because it is clear that the EFCC is taking advantage of my silence to try me by media and to convict me in the eyes of the public,” she said in a statement.
