Osinachi crooner, Humblesmith has been gifted with a brand new Pajero Jeep from his record label, Ntyze Entertainment.

According to valuers, they say the jeep is valued at $60,000 which equals N25m in today's exchange rates.

Court orders forfeiture of N449 million found in Lagos shop

Justice Rilwan Aikawa of the Federal High Court in Lagos on Wednesday ordered the temporary forfeiture of N449, 750,000 found in an abandoned Bureau de Change shop on Victoria Island, Lagos.

He ordered the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to advertise the order in a newspaper.

The judge said anybody interested in the money should report in court to justify ownership.

Meningitis death toll hits 745

The death toll from the meningitis outbreak in the country has reached 745 since November 2016.

According to the update released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Wednesday, 8,057 suspected cases of meningitis have been reported across the country so far.

Of the 8,057 cases, 7,519 (93 per cent) occurred in five states that had reached outbreak levels for Cerebrospinal Meningitis (CSM) serotype C.
