A young woman who thought she was pregnant has received the shock of her life after finding out what was really in her stomach. 

20yrs old Alice Hall has revealed how she thought she was pregnant but was then told she actually had a cancer tumour and that she would have to give birth to the cancer.

According to Metro UK, Alice Hall had been with her boyfriend, Christopher, for 9 months when she started feeling sick one morning last June and decided to do a pregnancy test.

Sheriff Meets Goodluck Jonathan on Way Forward for PDP

The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Senator Ali Modu Sheriff, has met with former President Goodluck Jonathan to seek ways to unite the party.

After the meeting held on Monday behind closed doors in Abuja, Dr. Jonathan and Senator Sheriff told reporters that the current leadership crisis in the PDP would soon be settled.

Akwa Savings and Loans sacks 40 staff

The Akwa Savings and Loans Limited, owned by the Akwa Ibom government, said it had disengaged about 40 employees.

The bank’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Ebong Bassey, disclosed this at an interactive session with newsmen in Uyo on Monday.

He said, “We have disengaged 40 of our staff and very soon more than 50 others will also be disengaged.

Osun court sentenced two men to death by hanging for armed robbery

An Iwo High Court Judge in Osun, Justice Moshood Adeigbe, on Monday sentenced two men, Sunday Ishaih, and his friend, Akeem Lamidi, to death by hanging for armed robbery.

The duo were arraigned earlier on a two-count charge of conspiracy to commit robbery and armed robbery

Adeigbe in his ruling said that the state prosecutor had proven his case beyond any reasonable doubt.

He said that it was established that the duo committed the robbery offences.

According to reports, a Zimbabwean man identified as Tineyi Moyo, beat up the corpse of Learnmore Dube, who he claims had an affair with his wife before his death.
