Rapper and record label executive Master P have added a $270,000 (N135 Million) Rolls-Royce to his car collection after receiving the generous gift from his new girlfriend.

TMZ reports Simin Hashemizadeh, who is the CEO at South Pacific Surgery Center in Beverly Hills, Calif., has been dating Master P for several months, and as you can see, she’s a really good gift-giver.

She didn't hold back for their first Valentine's Day together on Tuesday.

A Zimbabwean woman, Wendy Mbito was grisly murdered and found stashed under her matrimonial bed with a string tied around her neck.

Her husband, Sibert Nyamudeza a trader in Zimbabwe, is alleged to have committed the murder.

He is reportedly on the run after killing his wife Wendy Mbito following an altercation over a used condom found in his pocket.

Sibert is said to have strangled Wendy with strings in her sleep and stashed the corpse under their matrimonial bed.

FUTO student block school gate in protest over free Wi-Fi

Student of Federal University of Technology Owerri, (FUTO) are currently protesting over the increase in school fees under the pretense of giving the students free Wi-Fi which they reportedly haven't seen yet.

In view of his plea, prosecution counsel, Oluwatoyin Owodunni prayed the court for a trial date and for the remand of the defendant in prison custody. However, counsel to the defendant, A.O. Oyibanji informed the court of a pending application for bail served on the prosecution today.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arraigned one Bashir Ishaq Bashir alongside his companies, Leda Greenpower Consortium, Leda Greenpower Nigeria Limited and Leda Consortium Limited before Justice S.E. Aladetoyinbo of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT High Court, Maitama, on a three-count charge of obtaining by false pretence and cheating to the tune of $1 million.

Bashir was alleged to have collected the said sum as part payment of a $3 million agreement from Althani Investments Company Limited for the purpose of forming a consortium to bid for shares at the Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company. The bidding failed and several attempts made by the company for a refund of the money proved abortive.

China jails former Supreme court judge for life over corruption charges

A Chinese court on Thursday jailed for life Xi Xiaoming, a former senior judge Supreme People’s Court, after finding him guilty of corruption, state media said.

According to the report, Xi, is the latest official to fall foul of a sweeping crackdown on graft.

A former vice president of the Supreme People’s Court, was put under investigation in 2015.

He was one of the most senior judicial officials ousted by President Xi Jinping’s anti-corruption campaign since the downfall of Zhou Yongkang, the former domestic security chief whose brief included law enforcement and courts.
