Fashion blogger and entrepreneur, Laura Ikeji has finally tied the knot with her husband, Ogbonna Kanu in a traditional affair in Imo state.

The wedding ceremony took place at Ikwere Imo in Laura’s uncle’s compound. Friends and families of both couple were at the happy occasion which took place as scheduled yesterday.

Surprisingly Laura’s big sister, Linda Ikeji was noticeably absent. Probably busy with her self made events or blogging.

Rev. O. Jermaine Simmons Sr., Pastor of the popular Jacob Chapel Baptist Church in Tallahassee, Florida, was forced to run for his life, naked, when one of his parishioners caught him in bed with his wife on Tuesday last week.

According to the Christian Post, the Tallahassee police reports Benjamin Stephens III found his wife, Claynisha Stephens, 34, in bed with 37-year-old Pastor Simmons.

The pastor is married with one child, according to his church's website. Both Claynisha and Benjamin are his parishioners.

Niger State | Fire outbreak rocks NNPC depot in Suleja

The Niger State Fire Service has confirmed an early morning fire outbreak at the NNPC depot in Suleja.

Mr Mohammad Kwale, the officer in charge of the service in Suleja, told newsmen on Sunday that the outbreak affected the loading section in the depot. ”The outbreak started around 4:30am when we were called. By 5:00am we have put out the flames.

"An articulated vehicle was burnt while the loading canopy and some pipes were damaged. No life was, however, lost in the incidence," he told newsmen.

Apostle Suleiman To Appear Before DSS With 30 Lawyers

General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries Worldwide, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has formally been invited by the Department of State Services to appear at its National Headquarters in Abuja.

A source told PUNCH Suleman will be appearing before the DSS with about 30 lawyers because they believe his persecution has become politicised.

The cleric was invited for interrogation on Monday (tomorrow) by 10am, based on his recent alleged inciting comments that Christians should defend themselves against attacks by Fulani herdsmen.

Iraqi family barred from flying to the United States from Cairo

An Iraqi family was barred from flying from Cairo to New York on Saturday after US President Donald Trump signed an order restricting arrivals from seven Muslim countries.

Egyptian officials said the family had visas and were in transit when they were prevented from boarding the EgyptAir plane to New York’s JFK airport.

Fuad Sharef, 51, and his wife and three children were instead forced to board a flight back to Arbil in Iraq’s autonomous region of Kurdistan, he told AFP.
