Biafra: I will not be tried in secret – Nnamdi Kanu yell at Justice Nyako

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, on Tuesday caused a mild drama at an Abuja Federal High Court as he shouted at the judge handling his case, Justice Binta Nyako that he will not be tried in private.

Kanu, alongside Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi, are facing trial for an 11 count charge bordering on terrorism, treasonable felony and publication of defamatory matter.

APC chieftain explain why Tinubu won’t leave Party

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Mallam Mohammed Lawal, has affirmed that Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, will only leave if President Muhammadu Buhari defects from the ruling party.

There has been reports that Tinubu, a former governor of Lagos State was teeming up with Atiku Abubakar to form ‎another mega party.

Lawal, who was the Deputy Director, Coordination and Implementation of the APC Presidential Campaign Office in 2015, also refuted the reports that there was friction between Tinubu and the President.
