This is has become one of the most fruitful years for Cristiano Ronaldo. Just a day after penning a new five-year deal with Real Madrid that will see him pocket £365,000-a-week after tax, Nike have announced their own new long-term endorsement deal with the Portuguese that sees him tied to the brand 'for life'.

According to Daily Mail, the contract is sure to see Ronaldo earn an increase on the £14.1million-a-year he banked previously with the Oregon-based sportswear giant, with reports in America suggesting the contract is similar to the $1billion lifetime agreement in place with NBA star LeBron James.

Doyin Okupe says Trump defeated the entire American establishment

Former media aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Dr Doyin Okupe has expressed joy over the emergence of Donald J. Trump as the President-elect of the United States of America.

Okupe on Wednesday on his Facebook page said Trump “contested against the entire american establishment” and won.

Quoting from Psalms 33 verses 10 and 11 of the the Holy Bible, Okupe wrote, “The Lord bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought, He maketh the devices of the people of non effect. The counsel of the Lord standeth for ever.”

SCARY! See the snake that was seen in an airplane overhead locker

Some passenger aboard a flight in Mexico were left scared after a 3ft snake appeared in an overhead locker in their plane. On sighting the reptile, passengers unbuckled their seat belts and ran in panic causing the plane to be given a priority landing. The snake was trapped with a blanket provided by the flight attendants until the plane was successfully landed. Then animal control workers rushed into the plane and captured the reptile.

Medical doctors at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital (NAUTH) Nnewi, Anambra State, are in dilemma over the condition of a baby born recently without anus to determine the sex of the baby.

  

And in order to excrete urine and feces, the doctors had to perforate the baby's abdomen to eliminate waste.
