The Kasama Magistrate Court in Zambia has ordered a 73-year-old man to undergo medical test to ascertain if he was bad wordually dysfunctional as claimed by his wife. This is in a case in which Ignatius Chileshe 73, is facing a charge of having defiled a three-year-old minor on August 2, 2016.

A witness told the court that she found the accused red-handed defiling the minor at his home on the material day. Kasama Resident Magistrate Bathromel Kaonga found Chileshe with a case to answer and put him on his defence.

The man was arrested after he killed his 45-year-old wife, Roshni, by stabbing her in the heart at their house in southwest Delhi's Jaffarpur Kalan on Wednesday evening. Rajbir reportedly killed his wife over an argument they were having about their finances. He was said to be drunk at the time.
