Not everytime luck gets to shine on someone like Terry Smallwood, a U.S. Army retiree from Montgomery. Terry has just won his third ever lottery payout. Incredibly, two of those big wins were in the past month.
Most recently, the 53-year-old was with a group of friends at the Sugarloaf Wine Cellar when he placed $15 on a game of Keno and won $10,000, according to Maryland Lottery officials.
“I didn’t scream or jump up and down but I began to feel very happy,” Smallwood said.
