Lagos State | Man Busted Having S*x With 11-year-old Girl

The man identified as one Malami Yusuf, has been arraigned in court. The 31-year-old man was arraigned in Lagos on Tuesday before an Apapa Magistrates’ Court for allegedly luring an 11-year-old girl to a marketplace and defiling her here.

He was however granted N500,000 bail.

The Senior Magistrate, Mr Patrick Adekomaiya, also asked the accused to produce two sureties as part of the bail condition.

Adeyemi was arrested alongside his first wife, at his Oyinbo Unity Estate, Olamidun Close, Yakoyo, Oke-Ira, Ojodu residence, after he was accused of putting his son, Toba Adedoyin Adeyemi, 17, in chains and starving him of food.

Thirteen children and 15 adults were rescued from the premises with an inscription, “Mimo Mimo Mimo Safulaijah”, situated in a valley on the estate.

Man who had Sexual Intercourse with his daughter remanded in Prison

A 56-year-old man, Abdullahi Zakari, who allegedly had sexual intercourse with his 18-year-old daughter, is to remain behind bars pending the perfection of his bail condition, a Lagos court has ruled.

A Surulere Magistrates’ Court, which gave the order, said the man should be remanded in Ikoyi Prisons until the bail conditions were met.

The Magistrate, Mrs. M.I. Dan-Oni, had admitted the accused to a bail of N500,000 with two responsible sureties in like sum.
