It is reported that Kanye West spent more than $750,000 for the lifelike wax figures of various celebrities lying nude together for his shocking video, Famous. It took over 6 months to make the waxworks with Kanye personally involved in their creation, a source told the website.

A Graphic footage shows how a 37-year-old black man Alton Sterling was thrown to the ground and shot by white cops (Blane Salamoni and Howie Lake II) after they allegedly received a complaint about a man making threats while selling CDs outside a store in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

In the video, the cops are seen yelling at Sterling to get on the ground before he was then tackled. As he continues to move on the ground, one of the officers reaches for his gun and then points it at the father-of-five's chest. Seconds later, the first shot is heard, followed quickly by another two.

Elder-statesman, businessman and retired policeman, Umaru Shinkafi is dead. Shinkafi died in a hospital in London at about 4:07 p.m. Nigerian time, family sources said on Wednesday. 

Mr Shinkafi, who held the traditional title of Marafan Sokoto, was a native of Zamfara State.

He was a Federal Commissioner of Internal Affairs and a presidential aspirant in the third Republic.

A Nigerian-born British man has told the horrific story how he escaped death in the hands of a student in Britain. 

According to Dailymail, Vincent Uzomah, 51, a teacher from Leeds was stabbed in the classroom by a 14-year-old pupil with a six-inch knife.

The incident happened while he was working as a supply teacher at Dixons Kings Academy, in Bradford in June 2015. 

Speaking to Leah Green on a new 5Star documentary airing this week, Vincent said he has been unable to return to work since the terrifying incident and is still struggling to understand why he was targeted.
