South Africa's biggest city Johannesburg was in chaos on Wednesday afternoon after flash flood made its roads impassable. Seven people have been reported missing after their vehicles got washed away, one person believed to have drowned and hundreds in need of rescuing according to Johannesburg Metro Police Department. More heavy rains are expected according to the weather forecast.
