A family in Karasuwa Local Government Area of Yobe State had to carry the corpse of a deceased female relative home for burial in a wheelbarrow after the public hospital where she died refused to provide an ambulance. According to Rariya, the family couldn't afford money for ambulance service and the hospital authorities declined to transport the body.
