The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has declined to annul the election of Bayelsa state governor, Seriake Dickson. The court in a judgment delivered today declined the appeal for annulment of Seriake's election which was filed by the former governor of the state and APC candidate during the state election, Timipre Sylva. The election held on December 5th, 2015 while a rerun held on January 9th this year.
