Governor Yahaya Bello who turned 41 birthday on Saturday June 18, was thrown a surprise birthday by his top aides in Kogi state. The governor and one of his wives Rashida Bello were involved in some serious Public Display of Affection (PDA) at the ceremony to the delight of the guests.
