Former Los Angeles Lakers basketball player and Khloe Kardashian's ex Husband, Lamar Odom was found unconscious in his brothel room by a member of the staff Tuesday morning after days of partying and taking herbal Viagra .

According to various confirmed reports, staff of Dennis Hoff's Love Ranch South, the brothel which Lamar checked into on Saturday in the town of Pahrump, found him unconscious in his room on Tuesday morning and immediately called 911. They followed the emergency operator's instructions to put Odom on his side when he began spitting up liquid.

The naira on Wednesday firmed against the dollar at the parallel market. The naira gained N1 on Wednesday afternoon as it traded for N225 against the dollar.

It had previously traded for N226 against the dollar. In the same vein the naira also appreciated in value at the official interbank rate as it gained N0.02 to trade at N196.98 as against its previous value of N197.

Diepreye Alamieyeseigha is dead

Former Bayelsa state Governor Diepreye Alamieyeseigha is dead according to report. Alamieyeseigha reportedly died at a private hospital in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The former governor had reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest earlier in the week. 

Channels Television reports that the Bayelsa State Commissioner for Information, Esueme Dan-Kikili, confirmed that Alamieyeseigha died of cardiac arrest on Saturday.
