Graphic video taken at a hospital shows a man with a spear going through his neck and exiting his shoulders. The man who is believed to be Russian fisherman, Baatr Dalantaev, was rushed to hospital with the spike protruding from the flesh between his shoulder and his jaw. He appears calm as the doctor examines him but this could be due to shock. It is not clear if he will suffer any permanent damage from the nasty accident.
