Governor Aliyu of Niger State insist PDP is not Dead

Governor Aliyu Babaginda seem to be worried on the current state of his party PDP. Within few months, his deputy Governor Ahmed Musa Ibeto and some other prominent members of PDP defected to the opposition party sparking rumor that PDP is dead. But Governor Aliyu believe PDP is not dead and that the party will now work towards creating a formidable political strength. Governor Aliyu said this while receiving the Niger state PDP governorship candidate Umar Nasko Campaign Organization led by Alhaji Aminu Yusuf at the Government House, Minna yesterday April 15th.

President GEJ will formally handover on May 28th and not May 29th

Minister of Information, Patricia Akwashiki says President Jonathan will be officially handing over to Gen Buhari on May 28th and not the accustomed May 29th date.
